Since we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you order from HMP, we offer a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction. This excludes special order and/or discontunued items. Brushes that have holes drilled for clutch plates are considered special order items. Brushes or parts which are directly ordered from the OEM are subject to a 20% restocking charge if cancelled after one business day of ordering, if not already shipped. Some special order parts are non returnable, as well as electrical parts due to liability reasons. These parts would would be described as non returnable by customer service at time of order.
