WF 63824CW 6-3/8" x 24" Convoluted Wire Wafer Brushes for Street Sweepers, 24/Carton. 6-3/8" inside diameter, 24" outside diameter brush section (wafer). The convoluted wafers are wavy in appearance, have two mounting pins, and do not require the use of metal spacers. These mount 90 or 120 degrees to the next brush, depending on your wafer rack. Commonly used on many John Deere (246 60", BR60, BP72, BR72, BP84, BR84 - P/N PT12748AM), Lay-Mor (Sweepmaster 200, 300, 6HC, 8HC, and others), Kubota (BX2814 60" Rotary Broom, V5266 66" Rotary Broom), MB (Cub), New Holland, Sweepster, Terramite (TSS-36, TSS-38), Broce (BW260), and Case model sweepers. Many of these sweeper manufacturers have multiple options on sweeper wafer sizes. Please measure your inside diameter before ordering. These are flat nested in the carton. The carton dimensions are 26 x 26 x 21"h and weigh in at 88 lbs. per carton of 25. These are commonly mixed with poly wafers for a brush with extended life. Wire is commonly used for attacking packed dirt and ice. An all wire broom is possible but not commonly used. An 8' (96") brush would take 25 poly and 24 wire wafers. For a Lay-Mor 8HC, for example, a poly/wire brush kit (9103151) would require a box of each for a total of 49 wafers. For the poly wafers, use WF 63824CP.
